Commissioned in 1996 and shutdown in 2008 due to market.
This plant would produce bottle resin: Type 1101 grade, Type 2201 grade and Type 3301 grade. It is in good operating condition and has the following capacities:
- CP4: 54 000 / year (Hoechst Celanese design)
- CP5: 160 000 / year (Hoechst Celanese design)
- SSP1: 114 000 / year (Bepex equipment design)
- SSP2: 114 000 / year (Bepex equipment design)
The plant is complete with:
- Additive and paste systems
- Primary Esterifier vessels & columns
- Secondary Esterifier vessels & columns
- Low Polymerizer vessels
- Intermediate Polymerizer vessel (CP5 only)
- High Polymerizer vessels
- Refrigeration, glycol cooling and chip quench water systems, steam and glycol vaccuum systems
